Retractable banners are a great way to make yourself “stand out” at your next trade show or event. Vertical banner stands are perfect for use as trade show displays! Our retractable banner is printed and assembled on a pull up stand that allows the banner to retract into its aluminum base and comes with a handy soft padded carrying case. Now available in 3 widths – 31.25″ regular, 47.25″ medium and 59″ extra wide.
Our high quality bases are made from heavy duty aluminum with quality tension springs and 2 legs for better stability. The base weights over 4 pounds. Once your current event is over, keep the base for your next event so we can print and install the new graphic insert. If you regularly come to Los Angeles from far away locations, you can also ask us about our storage options.

Double sided banner stands are the most popular retractable banner we offer. These vertical banners boast a 33″ x 80″ visible printed surface. When you order our portable banner stands, you’ll receive them fully assembled and ready to setup.
Many companies offer 70″ retractable trade show banner stands. SLB Printing’s 80″ retractable 2 sided banners will allow you to stand above the competition at your next convention or trade show. The bases are high quality and reusable for when your message or product changes. Just order a new insert banner, bring the retractable banner stand back and we’ll install the new banner into your old stand. We also offer single sided banner stands and x-stands. We know how tricky it can be to design a print ready file. When submitting your file to our pre-press staff, full color pages should be in cmyk format, images should be at least 300dpi, and should have a minimum 1/8″ bleed (see videos).

Compare the retractable trade show banner base you get from SLB Printing with other vendors before you buy! Our smallest 33″ bases weigh over 4 pounds compared to other bases that look the same but don’t even weigh 3 pounds. This usually means a weaker spring inside that will break sooner and thinner case wall construction that can dent and bend out of shape easier. Then compare the collapsible back rod and the tension band inside, you’ll notice how much thicker and stronger ours are. This is important because if that band breaks, your stand may still work, but who wants a broken band in their retractable?
Next, compare the clip that you attach the rod to the banner top with. Is the clip attached to the rod or to the frame holding the banner? It has been our experience that when the clip is attached to the rod, it has a higher chance of breaking. Then lastly, our carry bags have a padded liner to help protect the base from damage. Standard Production: Retractable banners are made in 1-2 work days subject to our inventory of bases.
Same Day Production: When available, press ready artwork received and approved by 10 a.m. will be ready for pick up by 5 p.m. the same day. All jobs of 5 or less ready to print after 10 a.m. will be ready for pick up the next work day by 4 p.m.
RUSH production: When available, press ready artwork received and approved in the store can be ready in 3 to 5 hours. (rush charges applicable)
